Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age-between 18-28 years old - dysmenorrhea diagnosis in many menstruation cycles. single. Exclusion criteria; brest feeding-pregnancy-under 18 years old-unknown vaginal bleeding-using ocp (oral contraception pill)and another hormonal drugs-any sensitiveness of Mefenamic acid-menstrual disorders(interference)

Intensity pain. Timepoint: 48 hours before estimated cycle start and 72 hours after onset of menstrual cycles during two consecutive cycles. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale (vas).
