Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age (60–74 years) for at least one of the spouses. Willingness to participate in the study. Being covered by the Shiraz Farzanegan Foundation or the Shiraz Department of Education and Veterans Affairs.

Physical activity levels of the elderly using a combined physical activity intervention applied from the APIM model. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the physical activity intervention) and 1 month after the end of the educational intervention. Method of measurement: Physical activity level of the elderly using the Physical Activity Scale for the Elderly (PASE) questionnaire.;Couples' physical fitness status using an applied hybrid physical activity intervention from the APIM model.
