Inclusion criteria: House wives health ambassador Literacy for reading and writing Having a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to register in the Sib system as a female health ambassador Employing paid work outside or inside the home The person's or his wife's lack of consent to participate in training sessions Age over 40 years
