Intervention 1: Standard local anesthetic( lidocain ) 3 mg per kg body weight is administered intravenously in control group. Intervention 2: 3 mg per kg of body weight lidocaine + 200 micrograms nit

Standard local anesthetic( lidocain ) 3 mg per kg body weight is administered intravenously in control group.
3 mg per kg of body weight lidocaine + 200 micrograms nitroglycerin is injected intravenously in study group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Upper limb surgery ; ASA class 1,2 ;15- 50 years old. Exclusion criteria:Patients under15 or above 50 years old ; history of drug allergy; sickle cell anemia ; cardiac arrhythmia ; neuromuscular diseases ; history of nitroglycerin or sildenafil usage.

Block quality. Timepoint: During and after operation. Method of measurement: Observation and documentation.;Onset of block. Timepoint: enery 1 minute. Method of measurement: Time from injection to Onset of block.
