Physical fatigue. Exhaustion due to excessive exertion

Interventions

Intervention 1: 1.5 grams of L-carnitine for 2 weeks (3 capsules per day). Intervention 2: starch in the same duration and the same dose.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: men, 18-40 years old; history of at least 1 year of bodybuilding activity around 3 hours a week. Exclusion criteria: smoking; consumers of vitamin, nutritional and mineral supplement; consumers of drug; diseases that are effective in athletic power (such as asthma, anemia, cancer).
