Intervention 1: Intervention group: Gabapentin recipient. Intervention 2: Intervention group: vitamin B1 and duloxetine recipient. Intervention 3: Intervention group: duloxetine recipient.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 to 55 years Patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes Referring to the cause of lower limb neuropathy pains Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have taken any vitamin B1 drug, duloxetine or gabapentin to reduce neuropathic pain or any other disease will be excluded from the study.
