40 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 to 55 years Patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes Referring to the cause of lower limb neuropathy pains Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have taken any vitamin B1 drug, duloxetine or gabapentin to reduce neuropathic pain or any other disease will be excluded from the study.

Pain scores. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 2 weeks and 2 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.;Fast blood suger. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 2 weeks and 2 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: ELISA.;HbA1c. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 2 weeks and 2 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: ELISA.
