Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria:poor sleep Mothers(as defined by a global score 5 or more of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index); Vaginal labor; primipara mothers;Stable vital signs;No chronic disease (diabetes, heart, kidney);Good mood Exclusion criteria:The physical and mental pain and any problems that arise during the intervention's impact on sleep quality of mothers;Infection, pain or injury in the lower legs, ankles or feet, varicose veins leg;Follow the massage by mothers in the program for any reason;Risk of acute febrile diseases;Anti-anxiety drugs and sedatives
