Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: female students, aged 10-12, with skeletal abnormalities (kyphosis, scoliosis, flat feet, break forth with a certified orthopedic specialist the exclusion criteria: congenital abnormalities of the spine; risk of chronic diseases
