Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 40 years; literacy. Exclusion criteria: pregnancy; menopause; participation in another curriculum for physical activity; contraindication for physical activity; Joining the Club; having sever and moderate physical activity.
