Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: children with ASA class I ? II; candidated for elective surgeries less than 1 hour without need for muscle relaxant, like hernioraphy and so on. Exclusion criteria: children with airway anomalies; history of upper respiratory tract infection in past 4 weeks; probability of aspiration; BMI>30.
