Intervention 1: Intervention group: Folic acid tab 1mg one time a day for 4 weeks. Intervention 2: control group:Placebo tab one time a day for 4 weeks.

45 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Ability to read and write and being able to answer questions;Age range is 45 to 65 years;Elapsing 12 months of last menstral phase;Elapsing 2 months of ovariectomy;Consent to participatein in the study;No history of hormone,antidepressant and anti-anxiety drugs use in the last 2 months;Not using any drugs that affect on hotflash symptom;Not using sulfanamids,sulfasalazine methotrexate,strogen,phenytoin,chemotherapy drugs and multivitamin;Non-malignant,renal,heart,pernicious and aplastic anemia diaeses and hypothyroidism;Exclusion criteria:Failure to complete the questionnaire by the patient more than 3 days;Start an unusual physical activity such as unusually intense exercise.
