Intervention 1: intervention group: Melatonin tab 3 mg , 1 hour before night sleep for 2 months. Intervention 2: control group:cellulose tab 1 hour before night sleep for 2 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with heart failure NYHA (New York Heart Association) classes II, III; LVEF (Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction) less than 50 percent of which is determined by echocardiography; Stability for at least 3 months (at least in 3 last months there was no exacerbation or change in patient’s drugs). Exclusion criteria: Incidence of ecchymosis, petechiae, or any evidence of coagulation disorders; Detection of side effects such as gastrointestinal symptoms, drowsiness, mood changes.
