Intervention 1: Intervention group: an introductive and justification session, and then seven telephone contact during next weeks and monthes which contain evaluation of patient status and more guides

Control group: Patient just receive treatment as usual(TAU) in relation to suicide.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteia: Alertness; Informed consent for participation. Exclusion Criteia: Any threatening state which needs emergency treatments or limits relationship with patient; Discontinuation after informed consent; Death before discharge from the hospital.
