Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnancy Weeks 20 to 24 Having at least a middle school education Access to a mobile phone Obtaining a sleep quality score of 6 and higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current psychiatric treatment or a history of using psychotropic medications. High-risk pregnancy, such as severe preeclampsia, multiple gestation, and mothers with underlying conditions (e.g., cardiovascular disease, diabetes).
