Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of schizophrenia by a psychiatrist according to DSM IV (Diagnostic Statistical Manual); first-degree custodian (father, mother, wife, child); custodians consent; To speak Persian; minimum of three years history; age between 20-50 years; have no mental retardation; permanent residency in Tehran; Literacy at least read and write. Exclusion criteria: Mental Retardation; age over 50 years; non-farsi speaking.
