Interventions

Via limbal peritomy from temporal side of superior rectus , superior oblique muscle was transposed to nasal side of superior rectus wih 10-12mm posterior to limbos and 1-4mm Medial to Superior rectus

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria : Overacting superior oblique muscle,Marked A-Pattern,Negative History of superior oblique surgery,Vertical Strabismus due to the superior oblique overaction or inferior oblique weakness Exclusion Criteria : Lake of significant overaction of the muscle (less than 1+),previous superior oblique surgery,Lake of patient`s cooperation for ophthalmologic examinations,patient`s refusal to take the operation,insufficient follow-ups
