Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are women who are Gravid 1 and with no history of previous surgery. Exclusion criteria are: Administration of pethedine in recovery room; Bleeding; Marcaine and Diclafenac sensitivity; Hypertension; Need for general anesthesia

MeasureTime frame
The effect of marcaine 0.25% and normal saline injection on superficial blockage of transverse abdominal muscle on pain after elective cesarean section done under spinal anesthesia. Timepoint: In 2,4,6,12,24,48 hrs after surgery. Method of measurement: Patients visiting and recording the severity of pain by visual Analog scaling.

MeasureTime frame
Dosage of Na – diclofenac suppository in patients received marcaine and normal saline. Timepoint: In 2,4,6,12,24,48 hrs after surgery. Method of measurement: Patients visiting and recording dosage of administrated diclofenac.;The interval between the end of surgery and the administration of first dose of analgesic in patients receives marcaine and normal saline. Timepoint: In 2,4,6,12,24,48 hrs after surgery. Method of measurement: Recording the time administration of diclofenac.
