Intervention 1: Control group: losartan 25mg/bid +Triamterene-H 50mg/day + Amlodipine 5mg/bid + Acetazolamid 250mg/day and Fluoxetine 20mg/day. Intervention 2: Intervention group: Losartan 25mg/bid +

Treatment - Drugs

Control group: losartan 25mg/bid +Triamterene-H 50mg/day + Amlodipine 5mg/bid + Acetazolamid 250mg/day and Fluoxetine 20mg/day

Intervention group: Losartan 25mg/bid + Triamterene-H 50mg/day + Amlodipine 5mg/bid + Nasal CPAP(every night for 4 weeks)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age:40-80; refractory hypertension and severe obstructive sleep apnea(AHI>15) exclusion criteria:central apnea;current severe respiratory disease;functional class:III, IV;pregnancy;secondary hypetension;history of treatment by continuous positive airway pressure.
