Intervention group: Hejamat(Wet Cupping) is an islamic procedure which is done between 3rd and 4th dorsal vertebrea and during implementation about 50 to 75 cc of blood will be taken from each persons
Control Group:Venesection or phelebotomy in an sterile method in which during of it about 100 to 200 cc of blood will be taken from person antecubital vein in control group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Men smokers; to be volluntier ; Having no cold and acute respiratory disease; No smoking during last 6 hours; Having no neuromuscular diseases(like MS, etc) and metabolic diseases( like Diabites Mlitous and hematologic disorders) Exclusion Criteria: Men smokers under 40; No tendency for cooperation; Having a cold; cigarret smoking during Hejamat or Venesection; Having neuromuscular diseases(like MS, etc) and metabolic diseases( like Diabetes Melitous and hematologic disorders)

Arterial O2 Saturation. Timepoint: Before and During. Method of measurement: Pulse Oximetery.

MeasureTime frame
Arterial O2 Saturation. Timepoint: 6 and 12 hours after. Method of measurement: Pulse Oximetery.
