Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of borderline personality disorder comorbid with depression by psychiatrist according to DSM-IV-TR, no other psychiatric disorder, diagnosis of borderline personality disorder based on MCMI-III and at least 84 score in borderline personality disorder scale, age between 18 to 35, no past history of hospitalization or medication, an education level at least grade tree in guide school Exclusion criteria: no consent to training, discharge from hospital by individual consent before completion of training
