Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 18 years old Patients with delayed union (failure to form bone trabeculae and union after 4 months) of long bone fractures (femur, tibia, ulna, and humerus) Patient consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathological fractures Ignored old fractures Old fractures with implant failure Patients with uncontrolled diabetes or liver or kidney disorders Presence of local or systemic infection Patients who are not suitable for autologous donation (thrombocytopenia (less than 100 thousand per microliter) and thrombocytosis (more than 650 thousand per microliter)) Hypofibrogenemia Medicines that affect platelet function, such as corticosteroids, aspirin, vitamin E, green tea Systemic and local infections at the fracture site Smoking

Response to treatment (the formation and passage of bone trabeculae at the fracture site in 3 out of 4 cortices is considered a response to treatment.). Timepoint: Before starting work and one month after the third session. Method of measurement: Radiographs will be taken before starting work and one month after the third session to assess the formation of bridging trabeculae in the injured limb.;Duration of union. Timepoint: Before starting work and one month after the third session. Method of measurement: Radiographs will be taken before starting work and one month after the third session to assess the formation of bridging trabeculae in the injured limb.;Infection. Timepoint: Monthly visit. Method of measurement: The presence of infection signs at the injury site, such as pain, erythema, discharge, etc., is noted during the monthly visit.
