Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: being male aged between 18 and 30 years, having lumbar lordosis with a curvature angle of 51 degrees or more no joint disorders in the spine, shoulder, or pelvis, no musculoskeletal abnormalities or injuries in the past six months, no regular physical activity or history of athletic championships
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of active injury or pain in the spine or lower extremities History of spinal or related joint surgery Presence of systemic or chronic musculoskeletal disorders Regular engagement in sports or resistance training Balance or neurological disorders Use of medications affecting muscles or the skeletal system

| Lordosis. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and at the end of the study (6 weeks after the intervention). Method of measurement: This study measured lumbar lordosis using a 50 cm flexible ruler based on the Yudas method, identifying T12 as the starting point and S2 as the endpoint of the curve. To evaluate the full lumbar curve, T12 was used instead of the first lumbar vertebra. Three bony landmarks (T2, T12, and S2) were required. The lordosis angle was calculated using a line between T12 and S2, with a perpendicular line from the deepest curve point, applying values of L and H in the formula.;Static Balance. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and at the end of the study (6 weeks after the intervention). Method of measurement: Static balance was assessed using the Balance Error Scoring System (BESS) in six conditions: double-leg, single-leg, and tandem stances on ground and foam surfaces, each performed for 20 seconds with eyes closed and hands on the iliac crests. Errors such as moving hands, opening eyes, stepping, or losing balance were scored, with a maximum of 10 errors per condition and a total possible score of 60. The inter-rater and intra-rater reliability coefficients were 0.57 and 0.74, respectively.;Dynamic Balance. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and at the end of the study (6 weeks after the intervention). Method of measurement: This study used a dynamic balance test based on the Star Excursion Balance Test, performed in three directions (anterior, posterior-medial, and posterior-lateral) forming a Y-shape. Participants stood on their dominant foot at the center of the device while the non-dominant foot moved the sliding component forward.
