Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Poor responder patients to ART with endometrioma. With history of on unsuccessful ART.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous pelvic infection History of previous Poly cystic ovarian syndrome. Male factor infertility Obesity BMI>30 kg/M2

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Shrinkage of endometrioma. Timepoint: It is usually measured at the end of menstruation. Method of measurement: Endometrioma is measured by the transvaginal ultrasound.;Pregnancy rate:total number of pregnancy in this study group. Timepoint: 15 days after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: BY measurement of serum beta Hcg (pregnancy test) and doing transvaginal sonography .;The number of mature oocyte (M2) that could be the sign of improve oocyte quality. Timepoint: On the day of oocyte retrieval. Method of measurement: By Electronic Microscope and under embryologist observation.;The number of embryo formation after IVF. Timepoint: 3th days after oocyte retrieval . Method of measurement: With Electronic Microscope and under embryologist observation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The amount of pelvic pain included Dysmenorrhea and Dyspareunia. Timepoint: At least two month after Sclerotherapy. Method of measurement: Pain Scoring with the help of Visual Analogue scale( VAS) that measures pain intensity.;The Endometrioma Recurrence. Timepoint: 8 to 12 weeks after Sclerotherapy. Method of measurement: By Transvaginal sonography.;Intermenstrual bleeding and Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB). Timepoint: At least 8 to 10 weeks after the procedure. Method of measurement: With the help of patients history .
