Treatment - Surgery
Spreader graft : Deviated nose correction by using the thin cartilage graft between septom and superior lateral cartilage.
L-strut graft: Deviated nose correction by using the bony cartiligious L-shaped strut graft in cartilage portion of nasal septom.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : 18 years olds and abovetill 60 years old with nose deviation? Acceptance to include in study? Registration in ''Emam Reza hospital'' & ''Zakeria hospital. Exclusion criteria: Systemic disease such as ''TB ''& ''granolomatose disorder''? Positive history of septoplasty surjery.
