Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criterion:18-80 years old out patients Exclusion criteria: pregnancy; breast feeding; more than50% colon resection; sever constipation; known or suspected gastroparesis; sever nausea or vomiting; bowel obstruction; heart failure and renal failure.
