Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 60 years old and older Elective gynecological surgery with general anesthesia and orotracheal intubation Class I to III of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Mallampathy score I and II at the pre-operative visit
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mallampati III and IV during preoperative visit (difficult airway) Recent vasoactive medicines Body mass index (BMI) more than 25 Cervical spine deformity or cervical spine movement limit Ejection fraction less than 45%

Timepoint: Before induction of anesthesia (basic values), 30 seconds after administration of induction drugs, 15 seconds after the start of laryngoscopy and then every 1 minute until 5 minutes after the tracheal intubation. Method of measurement: Using the barometer cuff of the anesthetic monitoring machine (Datex Ohmeda S / 5 Anesthesia Machine).;Heart rate changes during laryngoscopy. Timepoint: Before induction of anesthesia (basic values), 30 seconds after administration of induction drugs, 15 seconds after the start of laryngoscopy and then every 1 minute until 5 minutes after the tracheal intubation.
