Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patient with traction detachment of retina will include to this study and patients have traction retinal detachment due to any reason except proliferative diabetic retinopathy exclude from this study.

Measure	Time frame
Visual acuity. Timepoint: Preoperation,1th month, 3th month and 6th month after procedure. Method of measurement: Snellen chart.	—

Measure	Time frame
Anatomical attachment. Timepoint: Preoperation,1th month,3th month, 6th month after procedure. Method of measurement: Evaluation with slit lamp and ophthalmoscope.	—
