Conditions

Diabetic Mellitus type 2 with Peripheral neuropathy. Non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus

Interventions

Intervention 1: Control group: patients do not recieve any treatment during this 6 weeks. Intervention 2: Intervention Group: patients recieve WBV for 6 weeks.
Control group: patients do not recieve any treatment during this 6 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Being a case for diabetes type 2; Body Mass Index between 25 to 35 and mild to moderate neuropathic involvement according to MNSI Exclusion criteria: Visual disturbances; Epilepsy; Umbilical, abdominal or disc herniation; acute infection; fracture or sprain for recent 6 weeks; migraine; kidney or bladder stone; severe cardio vascular disease; regular exercise; severe osteoporosis and dDrugs affecting balance

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Balance- Specific and General muscle strength. Timepoint: 6 weeks. Method of measurement: Force Plate- Dynamometer- Chest Back Leg Apparatus.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood profiles including FBS, HbA1C,TG, Cholestrol. Timepoint: 6 weeks. Method of measurement: Blood Routine Tests:Blood sample( 5 cc) from antebrachial vein before breakfast.
