In the intervention group special pelvic moves using birth ball, different Positions at latent, active phase and labor, showers, aromatherapy and music will be implemented.
In the control group, Childbirth will be done according to national guide.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 18 to38 years old; normal pregnancy with Gestational age between 42-38 weeks. Nulliparous women, Singleton pregnancies with cephalic presentation; Iranian citizens living in Ardabil;Literate, Not participating in the educational classes of physiologic delivery in pregnancy; having a low risk pregnancy; Not using certain and illegal drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes during pregnancy; having a normal placenta and fetus; Mother's willing to participate in research; Obtain a score of 12 and less in Edinburgh; Not Having previous history of depression and anxiety, and stressful life events in the past 6 to 12 month; Not Having interpersonal violence in the past or present ;Not having infertility and chronic diseases and history of thyroid disease; without a family history of depression and separation from parents before age 15; Mothers admitted in the latent phase and active phase of labor with cervical dilatation 4 cm and effacement less than 50-60 %; without need for any emergency cesarean during labor for fetal or maternal reasons, such as bleeding from the Abruption Placenta and ... Exclusion criteria: Occurred postpartum hemorrhage, which can lead to postpartum depression; Hospitalization of mother and baby after delivery; Stressful events to eight weeks after delivery ( positive responses to Question 12 of the questionnaire delivery)
