Interventions

All of patients use cetirizine ( 0.25 mg/kg/day) for 10 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: infants with 3-6 months age;urticaria;eczema

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sleep apnea in infant or another siblings sensitivity to cetirizine use of other antihistamines QT interval more than 45 ms

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical resolution of urticaria and eczema. Timepoint: Before and after 10 days treatment. Method of measurement: Visit and ECG.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Side effects of drug. Timepoint: 10 days. Method of measurement: Visit and ECG.
