20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Reproductive ages (20 - 45 years old) Patient's desire to maintain the uterus Type 2 to 6 myomas The maximum number of myomas: 1 Size of Myoma: less than 10 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Changes in favor of sarcoma in MRI Laparoscopy contraindication History of myomectomy or Classic Cesarean section

MeasureTime frame
Myometrial thickness at the site of the uterine scar and intact myometrium. Timepoint: 3 Months after myomectomy. Method of measurement: Samsung WS80A Ultrasound Machine (both vaginal and abdominal probes).;Blood flow at the site of the uterine scar and intact myometrium. Timepoint: 3 Months after myomectomy. Method of measurement: doppler ultrasound.;Hematoma size. Timepoint: 3 Months after myomectomy. Method of measurement: Samsung WS80A Ultrasound Machine (both vaginal and abdominal probes).
