Mothers in control group will just receive routine prenatal care without any intervention. then Pain intensity, second stage duration of labor will be measured in control group during delivery.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Primiparous women and gestational age more than 20 week Exclusion criteria: Medical and midwifery complications such as threatened abortion, multiple pregnancy, bleeding, hypertension,PROM and preterm labor
