Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Inactive Housewives; not participating in physical activity programs; The maximum blood glucose of 350 mg/dl. Exclusion criteria: Heart Disease, Kidney Disease, Proteinuria or Neurological Disease; Slipped Lumbar Disc; History of Stroke.
