Intervention group: in 50 volunteers 10% betadine apply on the skin as the manner of spinal anesthesia
then Betadine in one side is removed after 65 second and 2th specimen for smear and culture is gave,in the other side after 3 minute specimen is gave..

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criterion: volunteers age between 20 to 60 years old exclusion criterion: skin infection in the site of spinal anesthesia
