Intervention 1: Intervention group: reading Koran from third trimester of pregnancy to normal spontaneous delivery (at least 30 times). Intervention 2: Control group: receiving routine care only.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Primiparas women with gestational age between 28-30 week Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who have had complication in pregnancy.

Pain. Timepoint: While dilatation are less than 5cm, 5-8cm and 8-10cm and during second stage of labor. Method of measurement: Mc Gill scale.
