Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnancy age 18 to 24 weeks husband's desire to participate in counseling classes husbands' reading and writing literacy Not taking antidepressants and sedatives No accidents during the last 6 months People with a distress score of 24 and above
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having an obstetric problem including the possibility of premature birth, diabetes, hypertension Known congenital abnormalities Receiving counseling services outside the study by couples before the study Twins
