Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group will cosume 50000 IU Vit D weekly for 12 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group will receive nothing.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: First-degree relatives of diabetic patients; BMI >25kg/m2; age between 25-65 years. Exclusion criteria: Diabetic patients; who has consumed Vit-D supplementation or Metformin for past three months.
