Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Most prolific inferior oblique 4 + 1 + , No history of previous surgery, vertical deviation of more than 4.5 PD, secondary hyperactivity of inferior oblique muscle, of DVD , At least 1.5 months follow-up Exclusion criteria: no previous corrective surgery
