Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: satisfaction of the parents, age below the 10 years. Exclusion criteria: background diseases, head trauma, taking more than 5 days from the day of fracture.

Infection. Timepoint: 1 week. Method of measurement: physical exam.;Operation duration. Timepoint: post operation. Method of measurement: duration in minute.;Skiagraphy checking. Timepoint: every week. Method of measurement: skiagraphy.

Elbow joint movement range. Timepoint: 8 week of operation. Method of measurement: Maximum angle of motion.
