Intervention 1: Intervention group will cosume 250 mg magnesium Oxide twice a day for 12 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group will receive nothing.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion:First-degree relatives of diabetic patients with BMI >25kg/m2 exclusion:1Diabetic patients or first degree relatives with BMI=<25kg/m2 or who consumed Vit D or Zinc supplementation or metformin for past three months
