Interventions

Intervention 1: we give 900 mg Gabapentin 2 hours before induction of anesthesia to drug group. Intervention 2: we give 3 capsule og placebo 2 hours before induction of anesthesia to placebo group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA:Patients 18 -50 years old ,ASA 1,ASA 2,who are candidate for elective surgery under general anesthesia. EXCLUSION CRITERIA: Intubation class 3,4; systolic blood pressure below 90 mmhg or greater than 140 mmhg: Heart rate under 50 or greater than 100 in minute: Intubation time longer than 15 seconds: Vertigo and Ataxia before induction: Difference between IOP greater than 2 mmhg before induction.

Hemodynamic include SBP,DBP.MAP.HR. Timepoint: 2 min pre and 1, 3,5,10 min after INTUBATION. Method of measurement: Mmhg and number fore heart rate in minute.;IOP. Timepoint: 2 min pre and 1 .3.5,10 min after INTUBATION. Method of measurement: mmhg.
