Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: acute coronary syndrome age 40 to 75 years healthy sense of smell reading and writing literacy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: drug addiction known psychological disorders susceptibility to herbal medicines gastroesofageal reflux disease
