Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having satisfaction to participate in the project Lack of preoperative delirium in patients Age equal to and over 60 years old Hip fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Delirium at onset Deafness Blindness Drug and alcohol abuse History ofDiabetes, hypertension and heart surgery History of cognitive diseases, dementia, traumatic brain injury History of stroke History of hepatic encephalopathy

MeasureTime frame
Delirium. Timepoint: Before the operation, in the two days after the end of the morning, evening and night shifts. Method of measurement: Delirium observation screening scale.
