Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusioncriteria Patients with essential hypertension (primary or no identifiable cause) of their disease is diagnosed by a physician . Age range: 30-65 years History of hypertension 1- 5 years No Advanced stage disease (symptoms of heart failure, renal failure, stroke) that require frequency hospitalizations Willing and able to participate in the study Literate With the active phone line exclusion criteria Not participate in two sessions of group discussion
