Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age range is between 50 and 65 years old.The age range is between 50 and 65 years old. Postmenopausal, at least one year after their last menstruation. Having reading and writing skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known as a mental illness. In the first-degree relatives during the past six months, they have a mourning experience.

Happiness. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention), immediately after the end of the session and one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Oxford Happiness Inventory.
