Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Currently enrolled in public schools in Shiraz. Studying in the 11th grade. Provide written informed consent to participate in the study. Their parents also provide written informed consent for their participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence from two or more educational sessions. Withdrawal from continued participation in the study. Leaving the research setting (e.g., changing schools, etc.). Any severe illness or disability that prevents participation in the educational sessions.
