Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: candidate for tonsillectomy due to tonsilar hypertrophy, recurrent tonsillitis, or pre-tonsilar abcess Exclusion criteria: receiving corticosteroids (for example hyper-reactive airway), contraindicate for corticosteroid prescription (for example diabetes, cushing/suspected to TB)
