40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Ejection Fraction <40; Taking Beta blocker, ACE inh, Diuretics and Asperin; they should not use spironolactone. Exclusion criteria: Respiratory disease; CXR Pathology during recent 1 year; Smoking from 6 month ago; FEV1 <75; Neurological problem.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Central and peripheral pulmonary resistance such as r5.r20,x5,x20. Timepoint: 1 month. Method of measurement: impulsed osilometry.
