Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: chronic anal fissure patients. Exclusion criteria: patients had history of sexually transmitted disease, TB, IBD, or medically related conditions such as gestation, migraine, cardiovascular and other chronic diseases, anorectal surgery or another anorectal disease.
