Intervention 1: Intervention group: Aerobic exercise with maximum heart rate, 30 minutes three times a week for 3 months as well as Vitamin E, 400 mg /daily for 3 months as well as Vitamin C, 1000 mg/

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: presence of non alcoholic fatty liver disease, physical tolerance to activity, ability to do physical activity Exclusion criteria: alcohol consumption more than 20 grams, consumption of drugs that can induce fatty liver such as prednisolone, corticostrone, amiodarone, Ca channel blockers, tamoxifene, metotrexate, positive viral markers, presence of diseases that can change liver enzymes such as wilson's disease or autoimmune diseases, rapid weight loss, parentral feeding, cachexia, gastric bypass surgery, presence of DM, hypo or hyperthyroidism, cardiac, renal or hepatic diseases
